Thank you for taking the time to learn about how we can help you, or someone close to you, have a better life experience. Please watch our short video below, it highlights the joyful feeling of life at Sober Living Bali. Rehab is an essential part of recovery, especially in the acute care stage. However, a 30-90 day stay at a Rehab center, does not truly mean one is “Rehabilitated.” Life changes take consistency, guidance, and most importantly TIME. The main objective of our service is to provide a safe place for people in recovery to gather sober time while participating in life on life’s terms.
Unlike many residential treatment centers where individuals are confined to the property, Sober Living Bali offers a more integrated, real-world approach. Residents are not only permitted but encouraged to actively engage in daily life — attending AA or NA meetings, exploring new skills or hobbies, participating in the local community, and nurturing their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Our program focuses on four key areas of personal growth, helping each resident find balance among them. Because when one area wobbles, it doesn’t mean everything has to fall — we teach how to adjust with care, not collapse.
We all need support on the journey to becoming our best selves — especially in recovery. At Sober Living Bali, we help individuals lay the frame work for a grounded and stable life through these four key areas. These building blocks create a balanced path forward, one that supports lasting recovery and a meaningful life.
An eye-opening truth: between 40% and 60% of individuals relapse within the first 30 days after leaving inpatient treatment. That number climbs to as high as 85% within the first year.
Why? Because many return to the same environment and routines they had before recovery, hoping that sheer willpower will be enough to maintain sobriety. But for most, especially in the early stages, this approach simply isn’t sustainable.
The first year of recovery is both delicate and transformative. It’s a time when new habits are formed, and the brain begins to rewire itself. With the right support during this period, individuals can build a strong foundation for lasting change. In fact, research shows that maintaining just 12 months of abstinence significantly increases the likelihood of long-term sobriety.
At Sober Living Bali, our continued care program is designed to bridge the gap between treatment and full reintegration into daily life — offering structure, community, and guidance when it’s needed most.
Sobriety isn’t meant to be a life of mere survival — it’s a chance to truly live. At Sober Living Bali, we believe recovery should be joyful, expansive, and full of purpose. It’s not just about getting through the day without substances; it’s about waking up with clarity, forming meaningful connections, discovering passions, and building a life that feels worth staying sober for. Thriving in recovery means embracing the full spectrum of life — the laughter, the growth, the peace, and the possibilities. And with the right support, that kind of life isn’t just possible — it’s waiting!
